The event focuses on presenting research results that incorporate perspectives from other scientific fields and disciplines, such as sociology, ergonomics, environmental psychology, information technology, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme of this edition of the BIWA Conference, titled \u201cScientific Research in the Discipline of Architecture and Urban Planning in the Context of Social Change, Environmental and Climate Threats, and the Development of New Technologies,\u201d will address contemporary phenomena and challenges facing architecture, including climate change, new social needs within the built environment, environmental protection, and modern energy systems based on renewable energy sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference will also explore social changes and phenomena in the context of architecture and design that result from the development of IT technologies and globalization processes \u2014 such as an aging population, changing lifestyles, and other factors that generate new requirements for the built environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the event will engage with the topic of the architecture of the future \u2014 exploring its development directions based on modern technologies and future-oriented, low-emission materials with a minimal carbon footprint, aimed at reducing the negative environmental impact of construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detailed Conference Theses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Human-centered design<\/strong> \u2013 user-oriented design, ergonomics and environmental psychology in architecture;
